Kate and I just got back from New York...spent a few days in the city and had a wonderful time. We were able to visit our friends at Henry Glass...such gracious people and we had so much fun. Christmas in the city is an exciting time of year. Window displays, broadway shows and just the hustle-bustle that goes with it. Though I loved the city, I am reminded of the traditions that we have back home and I do love the openness and the pace of Iowa.
